Strong leadership potential, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

While it's excellent PMP prep, the course teaches practical, advanced project management skills applicable even if you don't take the exam immediately.
You can still take the course to gain advanced knowledge. Consider the CAPM certification first if you lack the required project leading experience for the PMP.
