Day 1: The Gathering by the Waterhole

The Family Herd: Our Shared History: A creative session where families create a collaborative "family tree" or timeline of their most cherished memories.
Hippo's Roar: Understanding Communication Styles: An interactive workshop on active listening and non-verbal communication within the family.
Diving Deep: Family Values: A guided discussion and activity to help families identify and articulate their core values.
Finding Your Horn: Identifying Your Strengths: A fun, interactive session using games and quizzes to help teens uncover their unique talents and leadership styles.
Standing Your Ground: Communication for Impact: A workshop on public speaking and assertive communication, with improv exercises to build confidence. Understanding Communication Styles: An interactive workshop on active listening and non-verbal communication within the family.
The Solo Run: Independent Decision Making: A simulation game that requires individual problem-solving and ethical decision-making

Day 2: The Great River Crossing

Building Our Dam: Collaborative Problem Solving: A family-based construction challenge using blocks, ropes, and other materials to build a structure together.
The Playful Splash: Creative Expression: A fun, messy art session where families work on a single canvas, creating a shared piece of art.
Navigating the Rapids: Conflict Resolution: A role-playing session to practice healthy ways to resolve disagreements and communicate with empathy.
Navigating the Thicket: Problem Solving: A collaborative session where teens work in teams to solve a complex, real-world social issue using design thinking principles.
Protecting the Herd: Empathy and Teamwork: An activity focused on building empathy and understanding the perspectives of others.
Leading from the Front: Peer Leadership: A mentoring session where teens practice leading small group discussions and activities.

Day 3: The Journey Continues

Planning Our Next Adventure: Family Goals: A session to brainstorm future family goals, from vacations to shared hobbies.
Planting the Seed: Family Traditions: Families work together to create a new, meaningful tradition that they will continue at home.
The Lasting Bond: A closing ceremony where each family shares a favourite memory from the workshop and receives a "family adventure kit" with a special keepsake.
Making a Mark: Community Impact Project: Teams brainstorm and plan a small-scale community service project.
The Final Horn: Sharing Your Vision: Each teen presents their leadership vision and their planned community project to the group.
Discovery Ceremony: A celebratory closing session where teens are recognised for their growth and receive a "leadership compass" to guide their future.
